Classic Plain Tiles Surrey
This luxury new build development by Oak & Olive Homes showcases how traditional clay roof tiles can bring character and distinction to contemporary residential design.
Working with Castle Eton Construction, the development features William Blyth’s Weathered Classic Range tiles, complemented by Weathered Club tiles and Red Decorative Ridge tiles.
The Weathered finish brings subtle tonal variation and an established appearance to the roofscape, helping the new homes achieve a timeless character from the outset. Decorative Club tiles introduce additional detail, while the contrasting Red Ridge tiles provide a considered finishing touch across the roofline.
Together, the combination demonstrates how carefully selected clay roof tiles and fittings can add depth, texture and architectural interest to a luxury new build, creating homes with a distinctive traditional character.
